The construction mortgages may have an option for a mini-perm of 12-36 months.

PREPAYMENT

The construction mortgages and mini-perm options have no prepayment penalty.

CONSTRUCTION EQUITY

Developer may use deferred development, construction, A&E and related construction fees for equity. Additional equity sources may be cash, mezzanine investment and subordinated governmental funding, such as tax district financing and brownfield funding.

Financing and consulting services available throughout United States. Most recent projects with loans greater than $10,000,000 were in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Texas and Wisconsin.
